1. We will never sell or give away our email list for any reason. Yep, we meant that. We have no interest in selling, renting, etcetera our user list. That data is safe with us.
2. We will never sell or give away headache information tied to a user's account information. Number one pretty well covers this but just to make sure you have no doubts about it, we will not sell, rent, etcetera your headache information tied to your specific user account or any information therein.
3. We will allow you to opt out of having your data aggregated into the whole at any time. If you decide you don't want your headache information compiled into our greater statistics, it is your option to opt out.
4. The aggregate data will never contain user information. When a user account is created the software assigns it a number. That number is the only thing that ties headaches together. This technique allows us to track and maintain your data for you, but also allows us to look at all of the headache data together without presenting any user account information. Aggregate headache data is not ever stored with any user account information (login, email, name, etcetera), only the anonymous number.

It is possible that this policy could change in small ways. If it does so we will make an effort to post that information on the site itself, but we will not guarantee that you will be notified of all changes.
