| Missed a bunch of updates - sorry :-( |

| Sorry all, the website missed a bunch of weather updates. That was my fault, my most sincere apologies if some of your recent reports didn't come out right. It seems I've been so busy with my regular job I wasn't watching the logs as close as I should have been. The problem is fixed, and shouldn't happen again. meanwhile I will see what I do about replacing the missing data. Sorry again, and all the best. -Ben |

| I'm sure you've noticed some updates. I removed the annoying image ad at the top (it was getting on my nerves, can't imagine what it was doing to you!). I also added some additional information for HMO, Doctors, Nurses and Insurers. Other than that, everything is still in the same place, so any bookmarks should still work. I've got some really cool features planned, so keep checking back for major updates! Good luck! -Ben

| I've added a few new updates. If you look on the right side there you'll now see James's excellent migraine news blog. I've also added some additional advertising. Sorry, but I have to pay bills (and right now this site doesn't even pay to keep itself up). Still, at least there aren't any pop-ups (those cause a headache on their own!).

| Some of the updates you can see, some are not so visible. First up, I'm sure you've noticed Diana Lee's blog. Read up, she's always got something interesting to say. I'm hoping to add more blogs as time goes on, so keep watching that space. You might have noticed that I also changed the menu a little bit. No new functionality there, just a little cosmetics. Lastly, I made some back end changes that will hopefully help the site run a bit faster. Basically I added some caching for the weather summary for each headache so the server isn't calculating it each view. If you see any oddities with your data, let me know as soon as you can.

| Thanks to information from some of our well informed members, I have added some new food items to track with your headaches. You can now select MSG, nitrates, aged cheeses, pickles, and citrus fruits.

| We made some site upgrades.. I am sure you noticed the Google ad block on the right side. That is there just to help defray some of the costs of running the site. Much more importantly, you can now select a âheadache typeâ when you enter a new headache or modify an existing one. This gives you a chance to track your headaches by type as well. Look for a report that will link this to your food and weather patterns soon. Thanks for visiting and as always, good luck! |
