What is the purpose of this website?

This website is here to help you manage your headaches. In my experience, any time you go to the doctor and complain of recurring headaches, they ask you to start logging your pain. All well and good, but it's not always the easiest thing to do. This site simplifies the whole process for you, making it simple and easy to keep a headache log. But that's not the real magic. The real magic is that while you're logging your headaches, this website is downloading weather information in the background. The practical result of this is that not only do you have a headache log listing all of your headaches and common triggers such as food and sleep, but you also have a log matching all of your headaches against the weather that day.

But why does weather matter to my headache?

Well, we don't know yet, do we? Hopefully, by using this website you and your doctor will be able to decide if weather is a trigger for you. We're tracking everything from temperature to humidity to barometric pressure, so along with the other triggers we're already tracking, you will be able to get a complete picture.

What does this mean for all the other people with recurring headaches? What about the greater good?

Glad you asked. At your option (and we hope you say yes!!) you can aggregate your headache information into the greater body of knowledge. The value of this is that the more information we can gather, the better statistics we can generate. Eventually we should be able to come up with some broad, nation wide headache trends, including food and weather.
